Dachong's Terms of Service

GENERAL

As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc.I have the rights to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). I am not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and NFTs. My art, either commissioned, pre-existing or merchandise work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to use my artwork to train any AI/ML models.Commissions are not first come, first served and will be selected according my artistic preferences. My entire effort and heart go into every work in order to deliver the best outcome for customers, so it helps to be inspired while working on your order.Depending on the order, it can take 2 weeks to 4 months to finish (in the worst-case scenario, which is not the usual, but it may happen). Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.Do not rush or bombard me with messages pertaining to your order. Constant messaging is considered harassment and you will be blacklisted from future commissions for violating terms of service. So far I have finished every commission by the deadline, once I work on your commission and send you a WIP you can assume that it will be finished in the coming week, otherwise I will contact you.

REFUND POLICY

You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.You can request a 50% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

I will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that are collected will only be used to contact or identify you.
I do not employ any third-party companies or individuals, any information you share will be known to me and only me alone.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.Credits to me (@dachong) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please specify in the commission form.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Once I get the payment, I'll add you to my list of orders in progress.
When I start your order, I will send you a WIP for you to review and make any necessary changes.
After reviewing the WIP, I will finish your order and send you an update for a last review, if you want to change something at this stage, a fee will be charged.

After all revisions and confirmations, I will send a PNG file. (With or without background, depending on the commission.)

Because ! I DONT USE A WATERMARK ! you must credit me as the artist always somewhere (bio, description, etc.). When I post a commission on my social media, I use a watermark and tag you.
